Welcome to the July blog! Let’s do a quick recap of how June went… and take a peek at what awaits us this month! ✨
📉 June Recap: Zero Sales, But Not Zero Hope!
Let’s start with the shop update:
My goal was to reach the first sale of the month, but unfortunately... we’re still at zero. 😔
I know there are several reasons why things are moving slowly.
Here’s a little reflection:
🔹 I really need a sponsorship or promotional plan;
🔹 Social media algorithms haven’t helped much lately 📉;
🔹 I’ve spread my content across multiple platforms instead of focusing on one or two, as I used to — this has caused some dispersion.
But hey! 🌱 I’ve been sowing different seeds and trying out new strategies, and while the pace is slow, the stats are starting to climb 📈
So let’s embrace the new magical mindset: ✨ MANIFEST! ✨
🏕️ Fair Weather (Or Not): How Events Went
June wasn’t super lucky even in terms of events and fairs 😵💫
I did 3 days in total, barely breaking even.
📍 Open-Air Comics Fair #1
Bad luck struck when the entertainment stands cancelled last minute, and no cosplay contest was held — usually a huge draw.
But on the bright side, we had a nice cool breeze 🍃 and I got to work on some commissions in peace!
📍 Fair #2: Well Organized But... 40°C 😵
It was the debut edition of a beautifully organized event.
But both days were way too hot — people didn’t come out to browse the stalls, and honestly, who could blame them?
We survived with mini fans and good old-fashioned hand-fanning 🪭🔥
🛍️ June's Bestsellers: Stickers Everywhere!
Despite everything, there were some favorites last month:
⭐ STICKERS, STICKERS, STICKERS!
They were the absolute stars in all their variations.
📌 The new pins also caught some eyes.
🧲 Less lucky were the magnets — just 3 sold!
Also, the scam boxes (little mystery boxes with flawed or sample products) sparked a lot of curiosity 💫
I’ve just made a few more using seasonal flawed products — grab one before they disappear! 🎁
🔮 What’s Cooking in July?
This month I have only one big fair planned, but it's a promising one!
🎪 MONZACON, July 19–20
📍 Opiquad Arena, Monza
It's the second edition — the first one went great, so fingers crossed for this summer round too! 🤞
