All items are shipped from Turate, Italy. Packages sent via standard postal services (Poste Italiane) cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date, regardless of the destination. For faster and more reliable delivery, please consider choosing tracked shipping.

Shipping timeline

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but during product launches, fairs, or holiday seasons, handling times may be longer than usual. Please allow extra time during peak periods. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

  • Italy: Free shipping for orders over 50 €.

  • European Union: Free shipping for orders over 100 €.

  • Extra-European countries: Unfortunately, free shipping is not available yet.

The best way to know the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Shipping methods

  • Poste Italiane (Standard Mail): A budget-friendly but slower option. Small letters and parcels up to certain weights may be shipped this way. Please note that untracked shipments are not insured and delivery times can vary greatly depending on destination.

  • Tracked Shipping (DHL / UPS / BRT): Fast and reliable services with full tracking. These couriers generally deliver within 2–7 business days in Europe and 5–10 business days worldwide. Transit times may vary depending on customs or local courier delays.

DHL, UPS and BRT notes

Tracked courier shipments include full tracking. Please note that some services may require a signature upon delivery. If you authorize delivery without a signature, fefa_art cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local courier service directly, as we have no access to their internal delivery records.

Customs clearance & fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items will be declared at their full retail value on customs documents, without exceptions.
